The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city, close to all major attractions. It was also easy to get to from the airport. the staff on duty were friendly and helpful, responding in a timely manner to our requests.

Our stay was overshadowed by the state of the rooms. They were in dire need of some TLC, with mold and unpleasant smells in the bathrooms.

I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. The staff, especially during the late-night check-in, were very responsive and quick to cater to my requests. The location was also fantastic, situated at the center of the city, ensuring ease of transportation. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities were well-kept, with easy parking arrangements. Lastly, the breakfast was one of the best I have had in any hotel, and the warm hospitality of the staff made it a great start to each day.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel's location is central, which is convenient for exploring the area. it is easy to check-in at night, and the reception staff are responsive to requests. there were cigarette butts in one of our rooms and the bathrooms were moldy with an unpleasant lingering smell. Changing the bedsheets twice did not help as they were still stained and unclean. Soap and toilet paper were only given upon request and some soap dispensers were leaking.

The hotel had a great location in the center of town, making it easy to access local restaurants and shops. the staff were responsive to requests and quick to check us in, even when we arrived late at night. the room amenities were satisfactory and the Wi-Fi worked well for our business needs.

the room had a strong, unpleasant odor and the cleanliness left much to be desired - we noticed stains on the bed sheets and hair on the pillow.
